Recently we had a customer contact the Bell desk looking for dialysis medication that UPS had reported was delivered. We realized there was mix up and the medication was delivered to the wrong location. Salvador, and the guys at the bell desk/valet, worked very hard for this guest to see how we could find the package. After a bunch of investigating, they found that the packages were delivered to The Eldorado. They went over to Eldo, and retrieved the medication. Keep up the excellent work!
