Samantha Escobar

I received a message from our new swing shift supervisor David Herrera stating that Samantha went above and beyond for a customer who was left behind by their scheduled ride. We have a lot of patients that rely on some type of driving/transit service that get them door to door. One of these patients was left behind at the scheduled pick up time and place. They were stranded without a phone and Samantha took it upon herself to call the transit company and wait on hold for 45 minutes to coordinate another pick up for the patient. The patient was extremely grateful and brought it to David’s attention that everyone should have employees that care as much as Samantha does. I have to agree. Samantha has held that position for years and is great at the task but she also offers a level of empathy that our client expects from her and Connie Caziere.
