I would like to nominate Tammy Leonard for going above and beyond in her role as a shuttle driver. Tammy personally built a wooden step stool to assist her elderly riders with safely boarding and exiting the shuttle. Her thoughtfulness and initiative demonstrate a genuine commitment to guest care and accessibility. Tammy’s compassion and willingness to take extra steps for the comfort and safety of others truly reflect the level of service we strive to provide every day.

Tamara “Tammy” Leonard is one of our shuttle drivers serving our client, the City of Dublin, and she consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Our team frequently transports senior citizens to doctor appointments, grocery store, and other destinations throughout Dublin. Tammy approaches every rider with patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. After noticing that some riders were struggling to get on and off the shuttle bus. Tammy took the initiative on her own time to build steps that would make boarding safer and easier. This thoughtful act reflects her commitment to improving the daily lives of the senior we serve. She also has been known to take the groceries of our senior riders to their door after they have gone shopping. Tammy encountered a senior rider who was having issues with her cellphone. This was the seniors only manner of communication with the outside world. Tammy took a look at the cellphone, and the senior had put the phone on mute. These acts of kindness and level of dedication to service are one of the reasons we are proud to have Tammy as a member of our Propark Team. She is a ROCKSTAR!
