Thien has been nothing less of excellent when it comes to this location. He is one of the hardest workers and one of the most caring when it comes to the team. We can all agree that the holidays were one of the busiest times for us in San Francisco. Thien always stepped up to support the team. Whenever we had a call off, Thien was always one of the first to raise his hand to come in early, stay late or even covered shifts for those that could not make it. Some days Thien would buy lunch for the team before we had a rush, to make sure that everyone was well fed and energized. He was always a joy to come into work with because he was always in a good mood with high energy.
