Tiki Miley

I am proud to nominate Tiki Miley for West Coast Leader of the Month. Tiki is a joy to work with and an inspiring leader whose work ethic and dedication stand out daily. She manages a highly complex airport hotel shuttle operation across four clients, each with different expectations, and consistently delivers strong results. She handles challenges like storms, flight cancellations, and fluctuating demand with grace and perseverance. Tiki leads from the front—often stepping in to drive a shuttle during unexpected situations while still managing dispatch to keep operations running smoothly. As someone new to shuttle operations myself, I’ve learned a great deal from her extensive knowledge and am looking forward to watching her continued growth over the coming years.
