Victor has been working at Kirkland Urban for a year now and is a rockstar in every sense of the word. The Property Management team call him Mr. KU because when we have an event happening on site, Victor is willing to go above and beyond. When I mentioned to the GM of the property that I would be nominating Victor she wrote me this email:  

Victor is the epitome of an employee who rolls up his sleeves and gets the job done, no matter what it is.  He has been an extraordinary help on the weekends at Kirkland Urban during our busy event season.  I often see him going above and beyond, even when nobody is looking, helping out patrons get to their destination and answering questions.  Always with a smile!
