USC Village Walk
On May 2020 we were awarded USC Village. With this win we also won with acquiring William Colon as our employee. Since his first day with Propark, William Colon has always demonstrated his commitment to the property and to Propark.
What makes William a Rockstar is his dedication to go above and beyond his work duties and the attention to detail. William starts the early shift, 6:30am each day. Although it is early, I get a text every morning with an update on what is going on at the property, if all is will or there is an issue that needs to be addressed. If there is an issue, William goes out of his way to do all he can to address it (usually it is equipment related and he does everything in his power to get it up and running). This shows how much heart William is about his duties.
William is one of the most dedicated, reliable and responsible employees we have. William’s work ethic allows Propark and our operations team to excel and allows Propark to exceed our client’s expectations.
William enjoys his role at work and he puts his best effort regardless of any task given. His customer service is amazing. USC’s Department of Transportation commends William on his customer service skills and his knowledge of what events are happening. If William is on the job, we know we are in good hands!
