Connie is… a lot of things. I feel as if my words cannot express adequately what she adds to this team, so I will let an Oncology patient do it for me.

I just finished 6 weeks of treatment. Which means I was having to come to downtown Monday through Friday. Because parking is so bad downtown, I used the valet. The service is good but also extremely busy. However, one person was great. Her name is Connie Caziere. She takes the payment, always has a kind word and a smile and just provides all around exceptional service. I noticed she also recognized the regulars and treated us like we were friends catching up. She has a good sense of humor. I just wanted to recognize her level of service and wanted to make sure people know how valuable she is.

He left this voicemail on the Sutter patient line. I received the details from the Site Supervisor for the Oncology department. Connie brings sunshine and calm in addition to knowing when to stand ground when needed. What more could a team ask for?
