Monthly Parking Information

New parkers only. Do not purchase if you have already purchased monthly parking for this location. After you complete your purchase, email melbourne.bartley@propark.com A one time, non-refundable, $25 transponder fee is due at the time of sign up. This fee will be processed separately from your initial purchase. Rates are not prorated for applicants starting after the first of the calendar month. You will fill out the Propark future billing application upon pickup of your access device, and all payments starting in month 2 will be made by the first of the month via payments.propark.com. Credit card and checks are accepted. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
