Rob has oversight of a high touch hospital account which includes 18 locations and includes working directly with hospital administrators on large and small initiatives. Recently during a particularly troubling new equipment install, he was regularly at the location from 4 AM and on weekends. Hospital expectations were sky high, with no wait times being the standard and jobs on the line if Propark couldn’t meet the standard regardless of the equipment technology issues causing them. Rob did not disappoint, and he elevated his management of the issue with a lot of hand-holding of the client and holding the vendors feet to the fire.
