Signature restaurants are located along Broadway and The Promenade, a pedestrian zone which connects a regional retail center with the harbor and convention center.
With short notice, Ownership found the need for immediate parking management services. Integration of several technology platforms, staffing and overall expertise in residential and commercial parking was essential for this high-traffic location.
Propark created and implemented a full transition plan within one week. This was a true team effort from the Operations team in the field to our Contract department, who flipped this contract in less than 24 hours. A full team was hired including a change from Cashiers to Ambassadors, to personalize the parking experience. Our in-house software engineers ensured that our Cloudpark Remote Management Center fully integrated with the WPS parking equipment, inclusive of LPR– a convenient feature for residents providing a quick entry and exit. In addition, our CleanCo division ensured enhanced cleaning standards throughout the facility.
Without disruption of service to residents or patrons, Propark successfully transitioned parking management services. Our new Ambassador position adds a high-end touch and provides increased attention to detail. Our heightened cleaning protocols offer an extra sense of security to all parkers.
